Your mission

Nous recrutons en CDI à Toulouse un Scientific IT Service Manager (Gestionnaire des services informatiques scientifiques) pour rejoindre l’équipe Infrastructure & IT R&D Medical Care.

En tant que Scientific IT Service Manager, vous orchestrerez le fonctionnement des services informatiques qui alimentent nos efforts scientifiques. En collaboration avec un groupe diversifié dexperts, vous aurez un rôle central pour nos applications scientifiques, nos systèmes de données et notre infrastructure au sein du département R&D.

We are looking for a second Scientific IT Service Manager to join our R&D Information Systems team and work alongside Karthick to colead the delivery and continuous improvement of scientific IT services.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational excellence, availability, and evolution of scientific applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with scientists, researchers, and IT professionals to ensure that our digital tools and platforms effectively support research activities and comply with data governance and regulatory standards.

      • Scientific IT Service Management: Comanage the lifecycle of scientific IT services, including deployment, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
      • Application Support: Oversee the configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of scientific applications such as LIMS, ELN, and data analysis tools.
      • User Engagement: Act as a point of contact for R&D users, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption of IT services.
      • Operational Monitoring: Track service performance metrics, manage incidents, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality.
      • Technical Coordination: Work with internal and external IT teams to ensure infrastructure compatibility, security, and compliance.
      • Governance & Compliance: Ensure services align with internal data governance policies and external regulations (e.g., GLP, GCP).
      • Documentation & Training: Maintain service documentation and contribute to user training and knowledge sharing.
        • This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week after the trial period.

          Who you are ?

          Your skills at the service of innovative projects:

          • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
          • At least 5 years of experience in IT service management within a scientific or pharmaceutical environment.
          • Strong understanding of scientific workflows, data management, and laboratory systems.
          • Experience with scientific applications (e.g., LIMS, ELN) and cloudbased environments.
          • Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
          • Knowledge of GLP, GCP, and other relevant compliance frameworks is a plus.
          • English proficiency: C1 level.
