This role will cover the Metro Atlanta territory with travel to the outlying market 34 times per month. This position will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East, and work in both onpremise and offpremise accounts. In this role, youll also collaborate with multiple distributor partners to support our diverse portfolio of brands, including alcoholic, functional, and innovationforward beverages, ensuring strong representation and execution across the assigned territory.
Who You Are:
You call Atlanta home. You have one to three years of demonstrated successful sales experience opening new accounts, increasing distribution, volume growth, and working with wholesalers. You have a proven ability to build new relationships and maintain them. You are competitive, selfmotivated, and passionate about growing the brand alongside your teammates with a willingness to learn and be coached in real time.
In This Role You Will:
· Own On and offpremise accounts within the assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with buyers
· Work with the distributor reps to ensure the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals assigned by the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
· Cultivate a relationship with the distributor sales team to execute sales initiatives, & orchestrate ridealongs, ) at the instruction of the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
· Drive constant email and phone communication, regular inperson visits, and ridealong with distributor sales reps
· Effectively manage time by calling on and offpremise accounts weekly by priority
· Work together and communicate with the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East to schedule andor execute JuneShine promotions, samplings, on a weekly basis
· Communicate updates on weekly recaps, key initiatives, what’s working vs. what’s not, winslosses, and tools needed to be successful on a weekly basis with Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
· Work in conjunction with fellow teammates within the region to share best practices and maximize opportunities
· Help to execute National Account gaps per Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
· Educate accounts why we are premium and different from our competitors
Must Haves:
· 21 years of age or older at the time of application
· Statespecific alcohol certification required by the start date
· Must live in the assigned territory area with reliable transportation: Metro Atlanta area
· Minimum of 1year experience in alcohol beverage sales
· Willing to manage a large territory that requires weekly travel
· Knowledge of wholesale distribution and operations
· Able to regularly work during evenings and on weekends as needed
· Strong interpersonal skills
· MS Office andor Google Workspace proficiency
· Desire to contribute to a fastpaced, purposedriven company
Compensation:
· FullTime, Salaried Exempt
· The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000.00 $70,000.00. Compensation within this range is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills
