Associate Market Manager

The Associate Market Manager coordinates and implements marketing programs, training materials, promotions and sales events/trade shows and associated communications for their respective channel and/or market.

Responsible for understanding channel partners' market, their overall sales and marketing goals and objectives, as well as key strengths and challenges, etc

Works closely with marketing/sales management leads to gather market information, coordinate and implement marketing plans, field project requests, and facilitate creative needs

Coordinate required marketing materials for clients, trade shows, events, sales meetings, etc

Manage artwork requests from inception through completion

Execute and maintain the brand’s overall image through marketing initiatives and support materials, including point of sale

Develop PowerPoint presentations for sales teams, customers, and internal use as needed

Gather and document reporting and analysis requirements in support of business partner requests and/or project needs, i.e. promotional campaigns

Evaluate processes/procedures, recommend, implement and manage solutions to improve effectiveness of the US Marketing/Brand Operations team

Recommend and manage or participate in the development of Sales and Marketing tools based on trends and patterns of inquiries

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:
 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

2+ years prior experience in marketing required

Knowledge of eyewear industry or experience in fashion accessory field is preferred

Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Ability to write and present clear and concise reports

Demonstrated analytical skills, business decision-making skills, and working in a team environment

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask

Strong project management skills and experience managing large projects

Flexible and able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively

Travel, domestic and international may be required

Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
