Vanta is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our most critical technology partnerships—beginning with AWS and expanding to other major cloud and tech providers. This is a highimpact role with direct responsibility for driving revenue through strategic alliances and for leading a growing global team of Partner Managers in NAMER and EMEA.

Our Partnerships team has successfully built Vanta into a Top 10 Global ISV Partner with AWS in under two years. These types of alliances are central to our growth—accelerating sales, expanding reach, and improving customer retention. As we scale, were expanding our focus to include other cloud platforms and strategic technology partners.

In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of key partnerships and lead a team of global Partner Managers to deliver measurable impact through coselling, gotomarket programs, and partnersourced revenue.

What you’ll do as a Director, Strategic Partnerships at Vanta:

  • Lead Vanta’s AWS partnership strategy and execution

  • Build and expand alliances with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle

  • Identify and manage additional strategic technology partners

  • Oversee coselling, referral, and resale initiatives to drive revenue

  • Manage and mentor a team of Partner Managers to scale partner impact

    • How to be successful in this role:

      • 5+ years of experience as a Sales or Partnerships manager

      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      • Metricsdriven mindset; experience managing or supporting quotacarrying teams is a plus

      • Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and growing technology partnerships

      • Experience with AWS and familiarity with its partner programs strongly preferred
