Who we’re looking for:

You are a confident communicator, who is selfmotivated and passionate about growing a career in the software world. You pride yourself on being a team player who has the drive to continuously learn, be comfortable being uncomfortable, and resolve to bounce back from setbacks.

As an SDR, you will raise awareness and generate interest in FastSpring’s industryleading ecommerce solution through cold calling, emailing, custom video prospecting, and social outreach to prospective customers. You will work diligently to identify new potential clients for FastSpring while driving the creation of a sales pipeline.

This position is remote, with some travel expected for tradeshows, inperson team onsites and events.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate awareness and interest in FastSpring’s platform across global markets, particularly in industries like SaaS, software, gaming, and digital products.
  • Execute creative outbound prospecting strategies with a disciplined approach, including: cold calls, personalized email outreach, video messages, and social channels to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule and hand off highquality meetings that align with target customer profiles and strategic priorities.
  • Use Salesforce daily to log activity, track progress, manage pipeline stages, and maintain accurate and organized prospect data.
  • Apply strong communication and influencing skills to navigate early conversations, identify buying signals, and uncover customer pain points.
  • Actively seek feedback, test new approaches, and continuously refine your prospecting techniques to improve results.
  • Represent FastSpring at virtual and inperson events to expand awareness and build relationships in key regions
    • Skills and Qualifications:

      • 1+ years of quotacarrying lead generation experience in a B2B SaaS environment
      • Confident communicator. Strong written and verbal skills are critical.
      • Ability to focus on results while working independently.
      • Selfstarter, capable of organizing tasks and staying focused in a fastpaced sales environment.
      • Strong problemsolving skills: capable of accurately assessing needs, maintaining a calm, focused business demeanor, and taking quick action to resolve issues.
      • Possess an interest in payments, gaming, eCommerce software, andor other webinternet applications.
      • Interest in working within a fastpaced, dynamic environment in a rapidly expanding and changing market.
        • Compensation:

          This role carries an annual ontarget earnings (OTE) of €64,300, comprised of a base salary of €45,000 and a variable sales component of €19,300 (7030 split).
