About the Role

You will work with an existing portfolio of UKbased, large strategic clients and will focus on retaining and growing revenue across our various value propositions and expanding our regional and global footprint with those organizations. You will also own a small number of highly strategic target new business accounts across our high priority verticals in the UK. This will be achieved by applying a ‘hunter’ mentality and solutionbased approach to identifying new revenue opportunities, crossselling and upselling, ensuring adoption of key products, executing campaigns and improving customer satisfaction. The Global Account Director will be UK based reporting to the Head of UK & MENA Sales, whilst also being part of a broader EMEA Strategic sales team at the forefront of our strategic GTM efforts.

Responsibilities

  • A hybrid sales role driving multifunctional enterprise deals, selling generative AIpowered SaaS platform products to supercharge business intelligence across strategic clients and prospects.

      • Building and maintaining effective longterm relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key seniorlevel decision makers and influencers and striving for strategic collaboration at all levels.

          • Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities within existing customers, new BUs, additional business lines and target prospect accounts.

              • Achieving customer revenue targets by increasing net revenue per account through renewal uplifts, crosssell and upsell of additional products
