Job description

Symmetrio is recruiting for an Account Director for our customer, a large global medical device company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling highdollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Pacific Northwest Territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationshipbuilding skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and healthcare systems is a MUST.

Total compensation ranges from $230,000 to $260,000 OTE.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with current customers, identify new customers and develop relationships for the purpose of selling solutions.
  • Develop sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Selling in a TEAM environment, utilizing specialists, managers and other relevant team members when needed.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, market trends and dynamics within the territory and the industry.
  • Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
  • Work with marketing, product development, product management and other departments providing timely feedback on products and issues.
    • Skills and Knowledge

      • Results oriented to ensure achievement of the sales targets, customer satisfaction and market share goals
      • Experience with sales quotas, forecasting, and selling in a complex healthcare environment.
      • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
      • Product knowledge and ability to effectively conduct presentation and demos.
      • Healthcare industry experience.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
        • Requirements

          • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
          • 5 years experience in sales role, healthcare field preferred.
          • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
          • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
          • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
