Sales Manager

About the Company

A venturebacked startup based in New York, building enterprise software that helps global brands manage over $1M in advertising spend annually. With rapid scaling underway, we’re expanding our gotomarket team to support longterm growth.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to pipeline generation, deal strategy, and revenue targets. You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in building a repeatable, scalable sales engine in a fastpaced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, coach, and support a team of quotacarrying AEs

• Drive outbound pipeline growth and support fullcycle enterprise sales

• Review calls and deal activity via Gong.io to improve performance and close rates

• Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategy

• Monitor and forecast sales performance in Salesforce and HubSpot

• Lead by example—own key enterprise opportunities and assist in closing complex deals

• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing a topperforming sales team

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record of coaching teams to exceed quota in a highgrowth environment

• Experience managing complex, multistakeholder deals ($100K+ ARR)

• Strong command of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and sales enablement tools

• Familiarity with ad tech, marketing analytics, or enterprise data platforms

• Clear communicator with strong business and technical acumen

• Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours

Bonus Points

• Experience at an earlystage startup building out a sales function

• Background selling into marketing, analytics, or data teams
