Job description

We are the passionate team behind Kanzi, a cuttingedge UI development platform trusted by leading global automotive brands to create nextgeneration digital experiences. As we expand our presence across Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager based in Germany to drive business growth and strengthen our relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.

Your Role

As the Sales Manager for the German market, you will own the endtoend sales process for Kanzi. You’ll identify, nurture and close new business opportunities by working closely with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, demonstrate Kanzi’s unique value and guide them through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive Kanzi sales in Germany, focusing on automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent Rightware at industry events, customer meetings and trade shows.
  • Work crossfunctionally with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting and valuable market feedback to company leadership.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in automotive or embedded software industries.
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      • Strong understanding of automotive UIUX trends and software development processes.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
      • Fluent in both German and English.
      • Based in Germany with willingness to travel as needed.
        • Preferred Qualifications:

          • Experience selling HMI, UI toolkits or visualization software is a strong plus.
          • Existing network within German automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
          • Technical background or the ability to deeply understand software product.
