We’re looking for a Manager, SDR Onboarding to join Procore’s Sales Development department. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize the onboarding experience for all new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The primary goal of this role is to accelerate the productivity and success of new SDR hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to excel in their roles and contribute to our sales pipeline effectively.

As a Manager, SDR Onboarding, you’ll partner with Sales Development Leadership, Sales Enablement, and HR to create a seamless and impactful onboarding journey for our growing SDR team. Use your expertise in sales enablement, strong communication skills, and passion for developing talent to significantly reduce rampup time and improve the overall performance of our sales development organization. This position reports to the Director, Sales Development and will be based in our Austin, Carpinteria or Tampa offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
