Job description

At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we are looking for the brightest and most talented minds to lead our Hunter Sales team in the Benelux region. Your mission will be to sell our value-added solutions to prospects in The Netherlands. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join us in a state of rapid growth.

  • Contribute to achieving company goals and revenue growth targets. Achieve growth revenue and sales target by managing a sales team.

  • Establish initiatives and processes to maximize team potential. Managing, coaching, and motivating the department of people leaders to help them to be successful in their role.

  • Define sales plans and team strategy. Design and implement a strategy to improve current process.

  • Monitor performance of the regions, present sales results and forecast

  • Act as a business generator through personal market presence and influence.

  • Lead and animate the ecosystem of technology partners to enrich our platform and foster mutual business opportunities.

  • Be a visible and recognized leader in the Benelux market, especially in the Netherlands.

  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders

Who are you?

There is no set route to become a Sales Manager, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales rep and sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Ability to impact and influence stakeholders

  • Analytic and strategic skills, sense of priority, long term planning

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops and trainings

  • Experience within the telematics industry or fleet management

  • Resilient, independent and self-reliant: work autonomously with little supervision

  • University degree preferred.

  • With excellent communication skills: public speaking, verbal and written in English and Dutch.
