Junior Operations Manager

Fully Remote, Fulltime (40Hours Per Week)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Auto Transports: Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fastpaced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.

  2. AdHoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.

  3. CrossDepartment Collaboration: Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

  4. Customer Communication: Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.

    1. Qualifications:

      • Fluency in English and French (additional languages such as German, Polish, or Lithuanian are a big plus)

      • Strong phone communication skills, with experience in customer support or sales

      • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

      • Proactive and handson mentality, with strong problemsolving skills

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
