Executive Operations Manager

FullTime | Remote | Open to all PH Candidates (femalepreferred)

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Operations Manager to work directly with a leadership team. This is a missioncritical role designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, fastpaced environment and has a strong track record supporting Csuite executives or founders in demanding operational roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Manage inboxes, calendars, followups, and correspondence for Founders and senior leadership.
  • Project & Task Management: Lead and track internal projects across departments, ensure timely delivery, and follow up with key stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and QA deliverables from internal teams to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
  • Candidate & Team Coordination: Assist with candidate screening, basic onboarding plans, and team accountability.
  • Administrative Operations: Register tools, liaise with support teams, handle basic HR, light IT, and general admin functions.
  • Lead Engagement: Occasionally handle inbound lead calls from Facebook or other platforms.
  • Special Projects: Take ownership of highimpact, ad hoc initiatives as assigned by the Founders.
        • Requirements:
          • At least 3 years of similar recent experience (within the last 5 years) in a fulltime role supporting a CSuite executive, Founder, or VPlevel leader.
          • Worked from a fastpaced agency, consultancy, or service provider environment.
          • Familiarity with Amazon FBA or general ecommerce workflows.
          • Experience with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier is a strong advantage.
          • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a preference for a strong U.S. accent for clientfacing interactions.
          • Intelligent, resourceful, proactive, and highly detailoriented. Thrives under pressure and doesnt wait to be told what to do.
