Duties

• Executing on the Deels global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets

• Endtoend project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving crossfunctional implementation

• Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets

• Problem solving and solution implementation

• Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale

• Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements

• Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management

• Creating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.

• Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fastpaced environment

  • Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, toptier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity

  • Have a solid track record of achievement e.g. had success in a top tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards

  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data to support operational insights and decisionmaking.

  • Handson experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize data and generate reports.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
