The Business Development & Partnerships Manager drives revenue by identifying and securing new business and managing strategic partnerships.
This involves developing and executing strategies to expand market presence, enhance customer acquisition, and strengthen brand positioning. By researching market trends, understanding customer needs, and analyzing competitive landscapes, you’ll identify opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Collaboration is key, working cross-functionally with sales, auction, merchandise, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partnership initiatives seamlessly. The role supports sales by leveraging partnerships to enhance offerings, grow auction supply, drive conversion, and optimize performance; nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring sustained engagement and alignment with business goals.
This role is critical in shaping the company’s growth trajectory through strategic relationship-building and commercial innovation.
