US Zoho CRM & Analytics Expert (WFH)

Background

We’re PeoplePartners, and we’re looking for a Zoho CRM power user who’s equal parts analyst, builder, and automation geek. One of our clients—an ambitious, fast-growing business in the digital space—is ready to level up their CRM and reporting systems… and they need YOU to make it happen.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to expert on all things Zoho: CRM, Books, Analytics, Projects—if it’s Zoho, you own it. From building dashboards from scratch to automating workflows that make sales teams sing, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning messy data into meaningful insights.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize Zoho Analytics dashboards for exec, sales & ops teams.
Automate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with slick integrations—think QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Zapier.
Create CRM automations: lead assignment, follow-ups, task generation, stage transitions.
Collaborate with the COO and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into Zoho solutions.
Maintain security and integrity of sensitive data (you’ll have access to the vault!).

Requirements

Fluent in Zoho CRM, Analytics, Projects, and ideally Books.
You love dashboards. Like, really love dashboards.
Can code or script integrations? Big bonus!
Excellent written and verbal English.
Energetic, curious, and not afraid to suggest a better way.
