GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Steer CRM Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Steer CRM system to improve customer relationship management and sales processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the effective use of the CRM platform, providing training and support as needed.

Your expertise will be critical in analyzing data, creating reports, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRM Expert, specifically with Steer CRM or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in system configuration, customization, and user training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
