Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including user accounts and security.
  • Customize and configure the CRM system to meet business requirements, including creating workflows and integrations.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Develop documentation and assist with data migration and management tasks.

As the CRM Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and customization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM system supports our business processes and objectives.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM system supports our business processes and objectives.

Compensation

ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining highquality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $120,000 plus all fulltime employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.
