This full-time position is available ASAP and runs until 31.12.2025, with a possible extension. The role focuses on providing day-to-day operational support for the User Access Management (UAM) onboarding process and assisting with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) onboarding tasks. Core responsibilities include managing the UAM shared mailbox, tracking request statuses, resolving common submission issues, and coordinating with Line Managers, SPOCs, and support teams.

Responsibilites
  • Monitor and categorize requests in the UAM shared mailbox by priority and content
  • Maintain and update request statuses using SharePoint and Excel
  • Respond to standard queries using communication templates
  • Identify and act on incomplete or incorrect submissions (e.g., missing ID, unsigned forms, duplicates)
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the UAM Lead
  • Support reporting and follow-up logs
  • Coordinate between requestors, SPOCs, and internal support teams
  • Ensure compliance with escalation and documentation protocols

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably in IT environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes independently
  • Familiarity with UAM lifecycle, SharePoint, Workday, and VDI onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
  • Ability to identify common submission errors and act accordingly
  • Fluency in English
  • Candidates must declare a clear criminal record issued no earlier than 3 months prior to the start date
