The Role

We’re looking for a Contracting Manager who thrives on operational excellence and attention to detail. In this key role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts—from intake through invoicing—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with our SaaS subscription model.

This is not a legal or negotiation role; instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of our customer contract process. Ideal candidates are systems-minded, organized, and enjoy improving workflows that support scalable growth.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end customer contract administration from proposal to invoicing
Accurately create Sales Orders in NetSuite based on approved contracts
Maintain clean and organized contract documentation and version control
Coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure deliverables align with contractual terms
Monitor billing cycles and support accurate, on-time invoicing
Identify and implement improvements in contract processes and tools
Support international workflows and regional compliance needs
Assist with renewals, amendments, and contract-related reporting and analysis

Qualifications

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a contract operations role, ideally in a SaaS environment
Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscriptions, and contract structures
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms—NetSuite expertise highly preferred
Understanding of international SaaS billing and contract processes (a plus)
High attention to detail in managing documentation and data
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Clear and professional communication skills, especially via email
Fluent in English; German fluency is a strong plus
