Job Description:

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Sales Representative you will play a key role for Manages Key Market in assigned territory in the division of Abrasive System Division in Tijuana, Mexico. In this role you will be able to

  • Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage aligned with the Division objectives.

  • Recommends adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establishes new objectives.

  • Exhibits leadership with accounts & prospects.

  • Provide support & training for the key distributors.

  • Applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans.

  • Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results.

  • Demonstrates and trains internal and external customers on product applications.

  • Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects.

  • Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor.

  • Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling, administrative and other skills.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor´s degree concluded, desirable Industrial Engineer or correlated areas

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related jobs

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Experience managing territories, achieving objectives and goals, independent, self-oriented and motivated, selling skills and administration, organized, time efficiency, technical knowledge of industry manufacturing, and cost-benefit analysis.

  • Industrials sales experience.

  • Desirable Intermediate English.

  • Availability to travel in assigned territory.

  • Preparation of cost benefit analysis, excel tables, etc.

  • Available to live and work in Tijuana, MX
