Job Role: Admin Support (Remote - PH Based)

Work Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Australian timezone (AWST)

Salary range: AUD 1200-1500 / Monthly (based on experience)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Admin Support to join us and play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
Prepare and process invoices, quotes, and job orders
Maintain and update customer records, supplier information, and job tracking systems
Assist with inventory management and ordering office or operational supplies
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth job execution and timely follow-ups
Support the team with basic HR or compliance documentation
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and reporting

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with good phone and email etiquette
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with job management software (e.g., SimPRO, AroFlo, or similar)
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
