Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive their outbound appointment-setting efforts through strategic cold calling. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (non-call center preferred).

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.

  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a persuasive yet genuine demeanor.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Background in sales, business development, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
