Senior Project Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do
Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed.
Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies.
Here’s What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
