This role requires strong program coordination, stakeholder management, and execution support capabilities within a fast-paced, highly matrixed pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously, driving follow-through across teams, and maintaining momentum across complex launch workstreams.

  • Track launch deliverables, asset development progress, submission timelines, approvals, and related dependencies
  • Maintain visibility into critical path activities and escalate risks, delays, or gaps as needed
  • Coordinate collaboration across internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and alliance teams
  • Support meeting facilitation, decision tracking, action item management, and ongoing communication across workstreams
  • Help ensure continuity of execution during periods of shifting stakeholder availability and competing priorities
  • Assist with launch-related budgeting coordination, documentation tracking, and budget follow-up activities
  • Support regional and local market readiness planning efforts, including alignment on timing, materials, and operational needs
  • Maintain launch planning tools, trackers, dashboards, and project documentation to support ongoing governance and reporting

Required Experience

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech commercial launch initiatives
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience within a matrixed environment
  • Experience working with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, or market access teams
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and readiness materials
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive follow-through and maintain momentum across complex initiatives
  • Experience working within highly regulated healthcare or life sciences environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting global product launches or launch readiness programs
  • Familiarity with launch governance, commercialization processes, and approval workflows
  • Experience coordinating agency partners, vendors, or alliance stakeholders
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry background strongly preferred
  • PMP or related project management certification is a plus
