Job Title: International Procurement & Sourcing Manager
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Reports To: CEO / Director of Operations
Companies: Corporate Stays & Emberra Collection

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Procurement & Sourcing Manager to oversee the complete purchasing process for furniture, decor, equipment, and operational supplies across Corporate Stays (Canada & Panama) and Emberra Collection (hospitality brands in Latin America).

This role is key to managing supplier relationships, launching RFPs, handling container consolidation, and ensuring high-quality and timely imports, primarily from Asia (India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, vet, and manage reliable suppliers in Asia and other international markets
Launch and manage RFPs on platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, and GlobalSources
Negotiate prices, lead times, quantities, Incoterms, and payment terms
Oversee the consolidation and export of containers to Canada and Panama
Coordinate pre-shipment inspections, quality control, and logistics
Ensure accurate and timely documentation for customs compliance
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, design) to meet brand and project needs
Monitor supplier performance and seek continuous sourcing improvements
Maintain a supplier database and manage procurement dashboards and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

Education: Degree in International Business, Procurement, or Logistics
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international sourcing, purchasing, or import/export (ideally in furniture, decor, or FF&E)
Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Deep understanding of international trade, Incoterms, shipping processes, and container logistics
- Experience working across time zones and sourcing from Asia
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience sourcing for the hospitality or real estate sectors
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems
- Additional languages (such as French or Spanish) are a plus

Schedule: Flexible hours, with availability to coordinate across Asia and the Americas
Travel: Occasional travel to trade shows or supplier sites (optional but preferred)
