Ingredion is seeking a strategic and detailoriented Manager, Procurement Special Projects to lead and manage improvement initiatives within the Procurement function. This role will be instrumental in establishing a Project Management Office and driving change management across the organization.

As a Manager, Procurement Special Projects, you will lead strategic projects within Procurement, manage crossfunctional initiatives, and support the implementation of a Project Management Office and change management processes.

This role reports to the Director of Procurement CoE.

What will you do:

  • Consolidate and track the Procurement CoE roadmap (tools, processes, data, etc.) and ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Execute special crossfunctional projects and support workload balancing within the CoE.
  • Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee all CoE projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Support business case development for CoE initiatives and maintain global tracking.
  • Provide transparency and visibility of CoE projects and results to Procurement and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for areas such as Audit, ESG, Risk, and Legal.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Legal, IGS, Finance, EGS, Audit, Supply Chain, and other excellence teams.
    • What you will bring:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in Procurement and leading Procurementrelated projects.
      • Project Management certification.
      • Indepth knowledge of endtoend Procurement processes.
      • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
        • Who you are:

          • Experienced in project and change management with strong attention to detail.
          • Skilled in PMO setup and execution.
          • Highly organized and autonomous, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
          • Strong communicator and collaborator with business leaders.
          • Proficient in root cause analysis and process documentation.
          • Familiar with tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Mural; a second language is a plus.
          • Highperformance oriented and customerfocused.
