We’re hiring a Marketing Funnel Analyst who can transform campaign insights into action. You’ll fine-tune marketing funnels, test creative ideas, and improve conversion rates across channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze funnel performance using CRM and marketing platform data

  • Run A/B tests on emails, ads, and landing pages

  • Make recommendations for improving conversion and lead quality

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align assets with funnel goals

  • Report on KPIs and optimize spend based on insights

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in digital marketing, funnel optimization, or analytics

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Google Analytics

  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel or dashboarding skills

  • Copy-savvy with an eye for what converts

  • A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience a big plus
