Our client is a premier manufacturer specializing in high-quality boutique mens apparel, serving a discerning client base that includes American buyers stores, trend-driven boutiques, department stores, and renowned mens fashion brands. Our expertise lies in providing ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and Private Label services with exceptional attention to craftsmanship and cost efficiency. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are also launching our own mens brand to further our presence in the market.

Our vertically integrated production network and committed approach allow us to deliver outstanding product quality and customized solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the mens fashion segment.

Who We are Looking For
We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative with an established network within the boutique mens apparel market in the U.S. The ideal candidate understands the complete male garment production cycle, from fabric and design through cost management and manufacturing. This role requires a relationship-driven individual passionate about sales and capable of driving business growth through strategic client engagement and impeccable execution.

Responsibilities
  • Represent our company and manufacturing capabilities to prospective boutique mens apparel clients.
  • Source and secure new business opportunities focused on ODM and Private Label apparel.
  • Manage the entire B2B sales process, from initial outreach and design/sample coordination to order fulfillment and client support.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers, designers, and brand decision-makers at retailers, boutiques, and mens fashion companies.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to provide feedback that supports ongoing product and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with production and cost control teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
Requirements
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years in sales within the boutique mens apparel industry in the U.S.
  • Strong existing network across boutique buyers, buyers stores, and mens fashion brands.
  • Deep understanding of garment production cycles and cost control mechanisms.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and coordinating with overseas manufacturers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
