Your role

We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead Hornet’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts—driving adoption, retention, and revenue in key markets.

Lead go-to-market planning for new features collaborating with cross-functional teams
Partner with Product and Design to increase feature adoption and product usability
Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and data synthesis to inform product strategy
Work with the Creative team to localize product messaging and campaign narratives for key regions
Contribute to app store optimization (ASO), onboarding flows, and in-app communication strategy

What we are looking for

4–7 years of experience in product marketing or product strategy
Strong user empathy, storytelling, and analytical thinking
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design) to drive adoption and retention
Comfortable leading research, positioning work, lifecycle and go-to-market launches
Native-level fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
