Title: French Speaking Product Marketing Manager – Digital Solutions Europe
Location: Remote within EU

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to support our Digital Solutions (Agricultural Solutions, Supplements, Packaging) portfolio across Europe, with a particular focus on French-speaking markets. You will drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and campaign execution for digital solutions focused on agricultural solutions, packaging and supplements.

This is a remote role within the EU and requires full professional fluency in French.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Strategy & Positioning
    • Define the product positioning and messaging for digital solutions across European markets, with specific focus on French-speaking regions.
    • Identify local regulatory drivers and competitive dynamics to inform go-to-market approaches.
  2. Go-to-Market Execution
    • Plan and execute launches for new solutions in collaboration with commercial team.
    • Localize and adapt global messaging to resonate with regional and market-specific needs.
  3. Sales Enablement
    • Create localized sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, value propositions, objection-handling guides.
    • Deliver training and support to regional sales and customer-facing teams.
  4. Campaign Support & Demand Generation
    • Support campaign execution targeting ag input suppliers, distributors, and cooperatives across Europe.
    • Track campaign performance and support optimization based on engagement data.
  5. Voice of Customer
    • Lead customer interviews and gather market insights to refine personas, positioning, and product roadmap inputs.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Product, Sales, Regulatory, and the broader Marketing team to align priorities and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in agricultural solutions, packaging or supplements
  • Native or fluent French speaker; professional English required
  • Proven success in launching products and creating regional market demand
  • Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global environment

Nice to have
  • Experience with the following tools: SalesForce, PowerBI, Wordpress, ChatGPT

Performance Indicators
  • Pipeline generation across European markets
  • Marketing-sourced lead generation and conversion
  • Campaign ROI and pipeline contribution
  • MQL to Pipeline conversion
  • Effectiveness of localized positioning and messaging
Note: This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in France or neighboring EU countries. The ability to travel occasionally for team meetings or customer engagements is expected.
