Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

Mission:

Groq is redefining AI inference with our groundbreaking LPU, making AI faster, more efficient, and more accessible than ever before. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to be a critical partner in our gotomarket success. This role is responsible for driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for Groq by equipping our sales teams with the essential narrativealigned assets, tools, training, and proof points they need to boost their effectiveness and ultimately, revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the sales enablement strategy and execution from a product marketing perspective. You will ensure our sellers are empowered with the right content and knowledge at every stage of the sales cycle, aligning closely with our overall brand and business objectives. You will collaborate extensively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Developer Relations to create highimpact, actionable resources that enable our sales force to articulate Groq’s value proposition effectively and close deals.

Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:

  • Develop PersonaSpecific Playbooks & Field Toolkits Create comprehensive resources, including talk tracks, battlecards, and objection handling guides, tailored to specific buyer personas and sales scenarios.
  • Maintain & Evolve Pitch Decks → Continuously update and refine pitch decks for various verticals and use cases, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and aligned with product advancements and market needs.
  • Launch & Manage Onboarding & Continuous Training Paths → Design and deliver effective training programs, including Pitch Lab sessions and demo workshops, to onboard new sales representatives and provide ongoing development for the entire sales team.
  • Lead WinLoss Program → Partner with Revenue Operations to establish and manage a robust winloss analysis program, leveraging insights to identify funnel and enablement gaps and inform future strategy.
  • Align Content Drops → Ensure that new enablement content and tools are strategically released in conjunction with new feature releases and broader marketing campaign waves.
  • Manage Enablement Asset Portal → Oversee an organized and easily navigable portal for all sales enablement assets, incorporating guided navigation and usage tracking to optimize accessibility and effectiveness.
    • Ideal candidates haveare:

      • 35+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
      • A proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs, including content creation, tool development, and training delivery.
      • Demonstrated experience in creating personaspecific sales playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, and other sales collateral.
      • Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer journeys, and the challenges faced by sales teams.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and concise sales narratives.
      • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams including sales, product, and marketing.
      • An analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of enablement programs.

              Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $128,945 to $174,455, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.

              Location: Some roles may require being located near or on our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
