Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager who thrives on both doing and leading. This isn't your traditional project manager role -- you'll be writing, building, testing, and launching systems and content yourself. You'll own cross-functional projects across content creation, training, process building, and tech implementation. The ideal candidate is a smart generalist who can jump into ambiguity, figure things out fast, and get things done without much handholding. If you're a high-output operator who loves switching between writing content, improving systems, and solving operational puzzles, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of projects and directly execute deliverables from start to finish.
  • Write, edit, and enhance internal training materials and marketing content, especially safety-focused topics.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for campaigns and learning initiatives.
  • Support AI chatbot testing, documentation, and feedback loops.
  • Lead accreditation and compliance documentation efforts.
  • Build and improve operational systems, SOPs, and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining direct ownership over projects.
  • Track and report on progress, blockers, and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in small, fast-paced teams.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects independently.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and switching between planning and hands-on work.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI API).
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or chatbot builders.
  • Experience writing SOPs, system documentation, or training content.
  • Experience building and improving effective systems that have proven results, driving efficiency and fueling growth.
  • High autonomy and bias for action.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in instructional design, compliance training, or e-learning.
  • Prior experience in telecommunications, safety, or tech-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, and Airtable.
  • Understanding of process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, N8N).
  • Experience working with global, remote teams across multiple time zones.
