The Partnerships Project Manager serves as the central coordination hub for all partnership initiatives, assisting with the management of creator relationships and collaboration workflows from initial outreach through campaign completion and performance analysis. This role works very closely with the Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to combine strategic partnership support with hands-on project management to ensure seamless execution of creator campaigns and brand collaborations while providing critical operational support to the partnerships and broader marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Operations
Build lists of qualified influencers based on campaign parameters (engagement rate, content alignment with campaign, audience demo, brand deal saturation, etc)
Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
Set up and audit discount codes in Shopify, maintaining accurate tracking and performance monitoring for creator-specific promotions
Evaluate new creator launches and partnership opportunities, providing strategic recommendations based on performance data and brand alignment
Coordinate logistics for product shipments, placing orders in Shopify and ensuring timely deliveries
Manage and track all gifting sends, from approvals to fulfillment and delivery confirmation
Support organic and paid social efforts as they relate to creator integrations
Creator Campaign Management
Execute templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone or via video calls as well if needed), familiarity with creator contracts & payment processes
Establish and foster relationships with industry professionals, including talent directly, agencies, publicists, talent managers, personal assistants, and other key stakeholders
Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
Work directly with creators to ensure deliverables go live according to campaign timelines and quality standards
QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing team, especially the ecommerce team, for site experiences and the paid social team for advertising integration and campaign amplification
Work with Legal on contract negotiations, terms, and compliance requirements for creator partnerships and brand collaborations
Coordinate with product teams and suppliers to ensure sample availability and campaign timeline alignment
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Compile detailed performance recaps analyzing campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and ROI across creator partnerships
Track and report on key partnership metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Create executive-level performance summaries with quantitative data and key takeaways
Project Management & Process Optimization
Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
Escalate issues when appropriate re: contract negotiation and / or deliverables
Handle the complete invoicing process for creator partnerships, ensuring accurate and timely payments
Stay up to date of industry news, trends, and emerging opportunities in the influencer and partnerships space
Bring innovative ideas on how to support product launch activations and brand awareness efforts
Perform ad-hoc operations tasks as needed
Administrative Excellence
Maintain organized documentation systems using Notion and Google Sheets for task tracking, timelines, and performance data
Provide proactive status updates on open tasks and campaigns, identifying potential issues and creative solutions before they impact deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for creators regarding logistics, timelines, and campaign requirements

Qualification And Requirements
2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
Strong written and verbal English communication skills with proven experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments and external partners
Proactive approach with demonstrated ability to provide regular status updates on open tasks while proactively identifying and implementing creative solutions to operational challenges
Effective project management track record with complex, multi-stakeholder projects, well-documented processes, exceptional organization, and meticulous attention to detail
Intermediate experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Familiarity with Notion
Ability to problem solve & bring solutions forward regarding issues that arise
Ability to work CST or PST hours
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Notion for project management, task organization, collaboration, and documentation
Proficiency in Google Sheets for managing tasks and timelines, analyzing quantitative performance data, and creating comprehensive reports for various audiences
Familiarity with Shopify for discount code management and e-commerce integration
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong relationship management capabilities, and the ability to maintain precision and professionalism while managing multiple complex partnership workflows simultaneously.
