ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancement projects. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project delivery skills and be capable of managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
Coordinate across development, QA, and stakeholder teams.
Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow integrations, especially with ALM and similar tools.
Report project status and updates to senior leadership and clients.

Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow project management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and project lifecycle.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with defect tracking tools like ALM and integration projects is highly desirable.
