Role Designation: Project Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Mandatory skills:

be able to plan, budget, manage, track & report projects

have ability to raise risk along with its mitigation and contingency plan

good understanding business requirements

understanding the client expectation and work independently

preparing and maintaining project documentation

prior hands on experience in working on Banking Data Migration projects

have ability to communicate with respective stake holders about the progress.

Desired skills

Good organizer, multi tasker and strong analytical skills

Ability to negotiate requirements with the customer to meet business needs

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, eager

to learn, preemptive, diligent with attention to detail, collaborates well, dynamic & self

motivated, effective communicator at all levels & team player.

Position: 1

Location: Bangalore any customer location depending on project or business need

Education: Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field. Master s is aplus.

Work Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (IST) flexible to extend depending onwork.

Note: It s mandatory to hold valid passport at the time of onboarding. He She might have to travel based on company

requirements, Duration depends on business and project requirement.
