We're looking for a Sales Representative- Building Services & Construction (BS&C), in the Minneapolis and surrounding states which will help us power progress for our customers

What you will do:  

  • Cold calling, account management, presentation development, closing deals

  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders

  • Selling equipment rental and services to our Datacenter customers

  • Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan

  • Partnering with the operations and logistics teams

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3-7 years of direct sales or technical sales experience.

  • Proven track record of success in sales

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset

  • Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Successfully maintained a sales quota of $5 million annually

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
