We currently have an exciting full-time position available within our AMR team for a Robotics Lead Engineer Hardware. As a part of our team spread over different locations in Europe, you will be working daily across multiple projects to coordinate, execute, problem solve and successfully deliver them to our diverse customers. You must be self-motivated, well organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather project and client requirements, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Plan the hardware side of projects (electrical, mechanical, networking, industrial safety), creating project blueprints for both customers and suppliers.

  • Communicate effectively with project management, site management, suppliers and customers. Attend meetings and provide accurate updates on project status.

  • Design and test prototypes of project-related equipment.

  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee hardware delivery activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Study machine compliance with various regulations, creating risk analysis and finding solutions to mitigate or avoid them.

  • Create acceptance reports and criteria for each of the hardware in scope, Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, maintain clear documentation.

  • Assist in training of customer management team and end-users.

What you bring to the team:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or similar).

  • Experience in the delivery of automation projects.

  • Experience in CE marking and its requirements.

  • Experience in working with subcontractors.

  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively across business, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Proficiency in English and French are required. Ability to travel as needed (<25%).
