BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP AT LEARNWIK SOLUTIONS PVT LIMITED

Locations - Bengaluru, Karnataka (on site)

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent communication, managing, and presentation skills with rapport-building.
• Qualify company prospects and produce quality leads for conversions.
• Performing database management and record handling.
• Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and focused on exceeding the client’s expectations. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. The promotions to supervised roles might be provided in the future thoroughly based on the performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a long-term partnership with clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their training in our learning solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional Learning experience with pro-active communication with Training Administrators, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively tracking and executing customer learning goals
. • Ensure customers continue/renews our Learning Registrations, Cross-selling, and Upselling.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between the customer and the Company and also the product development.
• Identity product expansion/upsell opportunities and identify Renewal risk and work with extended internal teams to create and execute “get well” plans.
Recommended experience in Customer Success/Service roles or Cloud Sales and demonstrated ability to build successful customer relationships. You being a BDT, will be responsible for talking to customers interested in our services and onboarding them as paid members.

1. Job Type: Full Time
2. Salary: 15,000/- Per Month
3. Shift: Day Shift (6 Days Working)
4. Performance bonus: 10,000/- Per Month (Applicable after over reaching the given target)
5. Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore
