Job description

POS-27680

HubSpot is looking for a senior marketing manager to lead our email nurturing around events and drive deal creation in our global English regions. As the senior marketing manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing highly targeted email marketing campaigns that engage prospects and customers and drive deal creation. Your expertise in email automation best practices, data-driven mindset, and love for collaboration with global sales and marketing teams will be key to driving tangible revenue results for HubSpot.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and own this new email program’s strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate daily with marketers and salespeople across English-speaking regions of Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America to find the most impactful ways to connect prospects and customers with our sales team after they attend events or engage with content.
  • Run experiments to test new ideas and validate revenue impact.
  • Work closely with our technical AI team to use AI to reinvent the email experience.
  • Partner with sales to find opportunities to improve and automate outreach processes.
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the business.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Excels at collaboration and communication - you communicate thoroughly and proactively on plans and results, and you work with others to identify new opportunities.
  • Is highly data-driven with the tenacity and skills to identify trends in data, and curiosity to discover the ‘why.’
  • Doesn’t mind the ambiguity of a new space. There’s not a defined playbook here yet, and you’re excited to chart a new path through logical experimentation
  • Has high empathy for sales teams and prospects. You’re motivated to deliver delightful user experiences AND frictionless sales experiences.
  • Has a global-first mindset. You’re excited to understand the on-the-ground experience in other parts of the world, and don’t assume that what works in one region will work in another.
  • Is eager to bring new ideas, examples, technology (especially AI), and approaches to your programs.
  • Is excited by working on both the strategy and execution of automation plays.

You should have the following skills or experiences:

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience in email marketing and marketing automation
  • Comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage your own projects and collaborate with others to complete projects
  • Experimental mindset and experience running growth-focused experiments
  • A clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with or on sales teams
  • Experience working in a mid-to-large-sized B2B organization
  • Experience working with events
