As a HubSpotter, you select the work option that's best for you, once per calendar year: @office, @home, or @flex.
Fully Flexible Working Hours : No one controls the number of hours worked. We trust our employees to get the job done.
From Monday to Friday : We trust employees to use good judgment and manage their hours as they see fit.
Employees are entitled to accrue up to 25 days of annual leave per year and additional paid time off (RTT) and can work with their manager to use our unlimited vacation perk afterwards.
