About the Job

The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of email campaigns to nurture existing customers, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and generate new business. The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights, segmentation, and automation tools to maximize email performance while ensuring alignment with the broader marketing and business goals.

Your Impact

As an Email Marketing Manager, you'll work with the Director of Demand Generation and Team to:

• Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns across various customer segments.
• Own end-to-end email marketing processes, from conceptualization to execution, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product marketing teams to create compelling email copy and visuals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to inform future strategies.
• Continuously test and optimize email subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sending times to improve engagement and conversions.
• Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Develop strategies to grow the email subscriber base through lead generation, gated content, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure email deliverability best practices to maintain a high sender reputation.
  

What You Bring to the Table

You have a proven track record in email marketing, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Your expertise includes:

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar tools).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to create persuasive and engaging email content.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in email performance analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Understanding of email compliance laws and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
