Cognizant Health Sciences: Marketing Manager, Technology, Healthcare
Join an energetic and hard-working team that is helping to further Cognizant’s market position in the healthcare industry. In this position you will support the healthcare marketing technology stack and certain websites, help lead marketing dashboard development and reporting and collaborate with the marketing team on best practice approaches to digital marketing. This India-based role reports to the head of Healthcare Marketing.
The successful candidate has strong communication and project management skills, with solid experience with key marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot, and Tableau. The candidate should have demonstrated digital marketing skills, SEO experience and the ability to quickly update and create new web pages using WordPress.
Responsibilities Include
Here Are The Most Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Support
Research and identify new tools and solutions to support various aspects of our marketing strategy (CRM, email, marketing automation, project management, content management, web, social, advertising, analytics, etc.).
Work with marketing, sales and product teams to develop marketing strategies and determine the appropriate technology tools for implementation.
Collaborate with healthcare marketing managers to drive adjustments and improvements to current digital campaigns
Establish a calendar for refreshing website content and collaborate with broader marketing team to procure content
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key SEO terms and implement best practices for improving SEO performance, including monitoring SEO performance across all healthcare website content
Develop campaign landing pages while adhering to marketing best practices.
Manage third-party vendor relationships and navigate the procurement process
Marketing Technology & Reporting
Manage systems and online tools used by Healthcare marketing team
Oversee management, maintenance and updating of marketing technology tools and systems
Oversee implementation and integration of new software solutions with existing systems, such as Salesforce & Pardot
Educate team members on how to use marketing automation tools efficiently
Work closely with IT, hosting, development and security teams to create stable and compliant environments for the systems and websites you manage
Create regular marketing status reports, including campaign, content and web performance, using Tableau and other tools for presentation to senior business unit and marketing management
Web Management
Using WordPress, manage updates to key healthcare web properties.

Required Experience & Expertise
You have proven expertise in supporting marketing technology and websites and collaborating with marketers on best approaches for campaign execution.
3-5+ years of technical support of marketing technology and websites
Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of marketing best practices associated with email, websites, SEO and use of marketing technology platforms
Strong communications skills that enhance team collaboration
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Able to work independently
Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Wordpress is critical, and knowledge of Distribution Engine, Olark Chat, Wufoo, Vimeo, YouTube, X, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SharePoint, iCapture, Six Sense, Adobe Creative Suite, and Asana, is a plus.
