Job description

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group—a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.

Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

We’re looking for an Account/Sales Executive to help drive our global expansion and turn high-potential leads into closed deals.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, working closely with Sales Support and BDRs to break into new markets, engage key decision-makers, and close business.
Beyond working with leads from the BDR team, you’ll also build and manage your own lead pipeline, creating new opportunities and driving revenue. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation to the final handshake. 🚀

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Running demo calls with qualified prospects (both inbound and outbound) and turning interest into action;
  • Keeping your sales pipeline flowing with fresh opportunities;
  • Hitting (and smashing) monthly and quarterly sales targets;
  • Keeping our CRM updated—because good data = great results;
  • Reconnecting with past customers and spotting cross-sell opportunities;
  • Teaming up with other sales pros to maximize impact;
  • Jumping on leads from different departments and making things happen;
  • Solving customer queries like a pro;
  • Scouting for potential clients like a detective—research is your best friend;
  • Owning the lead generation game with follow-ups and cold calls;
  • Creating meaningful connections that lead to long-term partnerships.

  • You're Our Kind of Person If You:
  • B2B Sales Pro: Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Native-like English proficiency (C1-C2) - because clear communication is key.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience selling to the US and European markets.
  • Target Crusher: A proven track record of hitting (or smashing) KPIs and revenue goals.
  • People Person: Outgoing, great at building rapport, and comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds.
  • Master Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills—you can sell through any channel.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Superior time management and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Sales is a team sport, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive: You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
  • At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

    Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.

    Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.

    Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.

    Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.

    Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.

    Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.

    Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.
