The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans for the assigned product line in the US Commercial organization; growing and expanding the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute downstream marketing campaigns for two different businesses
- Adapt Global marketing collaterals to local market needs
- Manage marketing programs to support sales in various constituencies including (but not limited to), direct sales and DS sales representatives.
- Partner closely with product management, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing services and sales teams to execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
- Develop and execute yearly digital and print advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaigns and programs, communicate status.
- Make recommendations and adjust to increase effectiveness
- Manage and ensure compliance within the respective marketing budget.
- Develop and coordinate communication to the Field Sales Force on the implementation of Marketing strategies and tactics
- Oversee the implementation of all promotional programs, including development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
- Manage and report the promotional performance and KPI tracking process.
- Managed vendor communications and insertion orders
- Assist with negotiating contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Public Relations team with increasing visibility
- Support various training activities for end users and representatives.
- Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events
- Event marketing support and execution
Education: Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University or College; MBA preferred
Years and Type of Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of classical marketing or product marketing experience.
- Experience in the dental/pharmaceutical/medical device industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in the positioning of a new brand and new products within an established market.
- Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources.
- Experience working with external suppliers and executing paid media plans, e.g., advertising, research and agencies

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including by not limited to skill set, level of experience and home location.
