Responsibilities

Leadership in Strategic Marketing: Devise and execute a dynamic marketing strategy positioning Token Metrics as a leading player in the crypto analytics industry, driving brand recognition and user expansion.

Innovative Product Marketing: Lead pioneering marketing campaigns for new product releases, utilizing data-driven growth strategies to ensure swift market entry and sustained engagement.

Excellence in Corporate Communications: Direct all facets of public relations and corporate communications, positioning Token Metrics as a thought leader. This includes managing media interactions, crafting impactful press releases, and articulating the company's mission and accomplishments.

Brand Development and Positioning: Enhance the Token Metrics brand by crafting a unique identity and narrative resonating deeply within the crypto community. Ensure coherence across all communication platforms.

Community Engagement and Expansion: Cultivate a lively and engaged online community, leveraging key platforms within the crypto ecosystem. Initiate and execute engagement strategies fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

Leadership in Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling, informative, and engaging content across platforms, particularly YouTube and Twitter/X, aligned with strategic marketing goals. Prioritize content that educates, engages, and enhances the Token Metrics brand.

Collaboration Across Functions: Serve as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and sales teams, ensuring marketing strategies effectively complement product development and sales initiatives.

Team Building: Establish and mentor an exceptional marketing team. Encourage creativity and cultivate a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

Expertise in Crypto Markets: Demonstrated deep understanding and experience in the crypto or blockchain sector, with a track record of innovative marketing strategies significantly impacting brand visibility and user acquisition.

Proven Marketing Leadership: Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles within crypto, fintech, or related technology sectors, showcasing the ability to inspire teams and execute visionary marketing strategies.

Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Product Marketing: Demonstrated success in launching crypto/SaaS products, demonstrating proficiency in employing creative growth strategies and tactics.

Skills in Corporate Communication and PR: Strong experience in managing corporate communications, with the ability to navigate media relations and convey a compelling brand narrative.

Community Building Expertise: Exceptional ability to cultivate and engage online communities, with specific achievements within the crypto sector.

Savvy in Content Strategy and Development: Expertise in overseeing content creation and strategy, particularly in video and social media, with a focus on narratives engaging the crypto audience.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Master's degree or professional certifications in marketing or blockchain preferred.
