Responsibilities:

As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
  • Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Create and implement change management strategies to drive successful transitions.
  • Analyze stakeholder engagement and develop tailored communication plans.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of change initiatives.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on change adoption best practices.

Required skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Change Adoption is required.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Change Management is recommended.
  • Organizational Strategy, Journey Management, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics with Intermediate proficiency are suggested.
  • Advanced English level.
