We are seeking a talented Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to drive culture changes and enhance organizational performance through effective change management strategies.
Responsibilities
Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes within the organization.
Conduct organizational readiness assessments and evaluate results.
Present summary findings and recommend change plans to project teams and senior leaders.
Advise leadership on Organizational Development and Behavioral Change issues.
Design and create training materials to support change initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure successful roll-out of changes.
Skills
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Change Management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in documentation and technical skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
Experience in designing training materials and programs.
Familiarity with organizational development principles.
Proven track record of driving sustainable performance improvements.
