Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a talented Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to drive culture changes and enhance organizational performance through effective change management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes within the organization.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and evaluate results.
• Present summary findings and recommend change plans to project teams and senior leaders.
• Advise leadership on Organizational Development and Behavioral Change issues.
• Design and create training materials to support change initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure successful roll-out of changes.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Change Management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in documentation and technical skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing training materials and programs.
• Familiarity with organizational development principles.
