Your role
As a Change Management Consultant, you will lead and/or support the change management and training efforts for Workday implementations across Alchemy's higher education customers. The goal of change management is to accelerate Workday adoption by preparing leadership to successfully enable their organizations during deployment and after go-live. The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for developing the strategy, plan, and deliverables based upon SOW requirements and customer needs.
Your responsibilities
Develop change management and training strategy for customers based upon Alchemy’s methodology, framework, and best practices
Conduct change impact and stakeholder analysis with functional leads to identify change impacts and end-user implications
Design the communications and training strategy to support successful customers
Develop written and verbal communication materials to enable end users
Evaluate risks and opportunities for customers and identify mitigation strategies to ensure Workday adoption
Develop Workday training courses including job aids, e-learning modules, classroom style training and train-the-trainer using the Workday tenant
Create university networks by engaging leaders and developing activities that enhance the overall change management effectiveness resulting in higher adoption levels
Support building the change management practice, methodology, and framework by working on internal projects as needed
About you (Required skills)
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
3-5+ years relevant experience in a consulting team-oriented ERP Change Management environment (ERP such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Knowledge of learning theory and change management theory
Experience with instructional design and training development/delivery
Experience and/or knowledge of change management and training principles and methodologies such as Prosci™, ACMP Standard, ATD Competency Model, etc. (Prosci™ highly preferred)
Excellent presentation and communication skills - both oral and written
Ability to work with stakeholders including leaders, functional consultants, and customers
Ability to make decisions and take actions based upon feedback, information, and data
Ability to solve problems and produce quality work for customers
Ability to travel up to 20%

Experience deploying and adopting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Student,
Consulting experience within Higher Education (college/university) or Public Sector
Master’s degree
