You are a strategic, action-oriented leader with deep experience in product management and engineering. You thrive on scaling SaaS products, driving customer-centric innovation, and ensuring security and compliance without compromising usability. You understand the importance of data integrity, IT, and security in building a scalable, reliable platform and can lead teams to execute effectively.

You excel at aligning product strategy with business objectives, fostering collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. As a strong leader, you inspire teams to deliver high-impact, secure, and customer-driven solutions, ensuring EverTrue remains a product-led company focused on innovation and long-term growth.

  • (Required) You have at least 7 years of experience in product management, engineering leadership, and go-to-market execution.
  • (Required) Proven experience as a CPO, SVP/VP of Product/Engineering, or senior product/engineering leader in a SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Strong background in scaling SaaS products, security best practices, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience aligning product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive growth.
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution, ensuring innovation while delivering results.

How you’ll contribute to the team:

As CPO, you will own EverTrue’s product and engineering strategy, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with customer needs. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining data governance, security, and compliance best practices. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and ensure product success in the market.

Your leadership will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring product development aligns with business growth, customer impact, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

Product & Engineering Leadership

  • Define and execute EverTrue’s product strategy and roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and customer impact.
  • Lead product and engineering teams, driving seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Ensure data governance and security best practices are prioritized within product and engineering.

Go-to-Market & Growth

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute go-to-market strategies and drive adoption.
  • Optimize product positioning, pricing, and revenue models to support business growth.
  • Support sales enablement by providing strategic insights, tools, and training.

Customer-Centric Product Development

  • Leverage customer insights and market trends to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Implement an iterative development process, ensuring strong product-market fit.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to product decision-making.

Scalability & Security Oversight

  • Oversee technical execution, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Guide teams in IT and security best practices, balancing compliance with usability.
  • Ensure EverTrue’s data architecture supports long-term growth and analytics needs.
